The itinerary
Day1, Cairo.
Arrive in Cairo Airport. Our representative will meet and assist you. You will be transferred to your hotel and meet your tour leader who will brief you about the tour package Free evening, overnight at your hotel.

Day2, Cairo.
After breakfast, our friendly guide will accompany you to the awe-inspiring Great Pyramids of Cheops (Khufu), Chephren (Khafre) and Mycerinus (Menkaure) and Sphinx in Giza. The pyramids are part of a huge mortuary temple complex whose purpose was to keep the Pharaohs alive in the afterlife,
Then to Sakkara to see the unique step pyramid of Zoser. This pyramid is the unique prototype for Old Kingdom Pyramids. After a day of seeing 4500 year old ancient structures you will take the night seating train up the Nile valley to Aswan.

Day3, Asawn
Arrive in Aswan. Our representative will meet and transfer you to your hotel, beginning the day with a morning tour of the famous High Dam of Aswan. The High Dam was completed in 1971 and created Lake Nasser. The creation of the dam made it necessary to relocate several famous monuments.
Next you will visit the romantic Temple of Philae and the Unfinished Obelisk. The Philae Temple is a majestic Greco-Roman Egyptian temple dedicated to the goddess Isis, the goddess of love, overnight at your hotel.

Day4, Felucca
After breakfast start exploring the Nile by boarding a traditional felucca, a type of Egyptian boat that has sailed the Nile River for thousands of years, in which you will spend the next two nights. Onboard the felucca you will visit Elephantine and Kitchener islands.
Elephantine Island contains the ruins of the ancient Pharonic city of Aswan. Kitchener Island is a delightful botanical garden, with plants imported from other parts of Africa, India and the Far East, overnight on the felucca

Day5, Felucca
Free day for leisure sailing down the River Nile enjoy the amazing view of the River, overnight on the Felucca. (All meals served on the Felucca)

Day6, Felucca – Luxor
All meals on felucca enjoy sailing down the Nile and visit Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples. Kom Ombo is a Dual Greco-Roman Egyptian Temple dedicated to the Evil Crocodile god Sobek and the Good Falcon god Haroeris, which stands overseeing the Nile and had sacred crocodiles kept as pets.
The city of Edfu contains the famous Temple of Horus. The 2000 year old Temple was dedicated to the Son of Osiris, Horus the Falcon Headed God, and is the best preserved and most complete temple in Egypt. Then arrive in Luxor, tour the East Bank of Luxor. Here you will experience the massive Karnak temple and historic Luxor temple. Karnak temple is actually a gigantic temple complex which is over 3500 years old and dedicated to the greatly powerful Ram Headed god Amun.
Luxor temple is an important temple in that it was dedicated to 3 gods; Amun, his wife Mut and his son Khons. Together these temples and gods are key players into the great Opet Festival which was held during the flood season, overnight at your hotel in Luxor

Day7, Luxor
After breakfast, tour the West Bank of Luxor. Start your tour off with the world famous Valley of the Kings where you can enter some of the incredible tombs of the New Kingdom Pharoahs, like King Tutankhamun, Then onto the Temple of Hatshepsut (Deir al-Bahri). This is the mortuary temple of the only Pharonic Queen of Egypt with very unusual architecture. And finish with the great Colossi of Memnon, the last remains of Amenophis III's temple. Then you will take the train back to Cairo.

Day8, Cairo
Arrive in Cairo and you will be transferred to yout hotel for a quick shower before the guided visit of the Egyptian Museum that houses more than 10,000 relics of ancient Egypt. There you can see the famous Tutankhamen Gallery and The Royal Mummies.
A tour of the old city is a very nice way to say good-bye to Egypt. You will see Coptic Cairo, the Hanging Church, the cave church, Islamic Cairo, Saladin Citadel, Mohammed Ali Mosque, the old Cairo bazaar (Khan El Khalili) and El Fishawy Coffee Shop, overnight at your hotel in Cairo.

Day9. Flight back Home
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
